1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions take effect from the moment you begin using the koitoto platform, whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other device. Continued use following any amendment to the terms constitutes full acceptance of the amended terms.

Koitoto reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. However, we endeavour to notify users via in-platform notifications or registered email when significant changes occur.

2User Eligibility

To use the koitoto platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years old on the registration date;
• Not subject to any legal restriction that prohibits the use of online wagering services;
• Registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any corporate entity without written approval;
• Has never had an account terminated by koitoto for fraud or prior breach of terms;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Koitoto reserves the right at any time to request users to submit identity verification documents to confirm the above eligibility. Failure to comply with an identity verification request within the stipulated period may result in the account being temporarily suspended until the KYC process is completed.

3Account Registration and Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account at koitoto. Multiple account registrations, whether using the same or different information, are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of any fund balances.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and complete information. koitoto reserves the right to reject or terminate any account found to be using false or unverifiable information.

• Your password must be unique and must not be shared with any other party;
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account;
• Notify the koitoto support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• Koitoto recommends that users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.

4Deposit and Payment Methods

Koitoto accepts a variety of deposit methods including local bank transfers, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and ShopeePay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by chosen payment method and are subject to change at any time. Current limits can be checked in the Withdrawal and Deposit section within your account.

• Koitoto does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits;
• Processing time depends on the chosen payment method — most deposits are credited instantly;
• Any fees charged by the bank or third-party payment provider are the responsibility of the user.

5Fund Withdrawal

Users may submit a fund withdrawal request at any time, provided all of the following conditions are fully met:

• Account has completed the full KYC verification process;
• No active wagers or bonuses still within a rollover period;
• The withdrawal meets the minimum limit set for the relevant payment method;
• Your first withdrawal must use the same payment method as your first deposit as a security measure.

Koitoto processes withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Withdrawals via e-wallet are typically completed in under one hour, while bank transfers require between one and three hours on standard business days.

6Bonuses, Promotions and Rollover

All bonuses and promotions offered by koitoto are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, published separately alongside each offer. General bonus terms are as follows:

• Rollover requirements must be met before any bonus funds or bonus-related wins can be withdrawn;
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per registered user;
• Bonuses obtained through irregular means will be forfeited without notice;
• Koitoto reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time;
• Users who display abnormal wagering patterns solely to meet rollover requirements may be investigated.

7Game Rules and Wagering

All games offered on the koitoto platform operate under rules that have been established and audited by independent parties. Users agree that:

• The outcome of all games is final and may not be disputed unless a proven technical error has occurred;
• Wagers that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled;
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, Koitoto reserves the right to void bets and return funds to the user;
• Odds and payouts are subject to change until a wager is fully locked in.

8Prohibited User Conduct

To protect the integrity of the platform and ensure fairness for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the Koitoto platform:

• Owning or operating more than one account;
• Using automation software, bots or any tools that provide an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting any technical bugs in games or the payment system;
• Any activity related to money laundering;
• Sharing your account or allowing third parties to access your account.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds and balances in the account, and possible legal action where applicable.

9Privacy and Data Protection

Koitoto values user privacy. The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is conducted in accordance with Koitoto's Privacy Policy, which can be found at our Privacy Policy page.

By using the Koitoto platform, you agree that we may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of account management, legal compliance, fraud prevention and service improvement. We will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

10Koitoto's Liability Limits

The koitoto platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available or free from technical errors.

• Koitoto is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform;
• We are not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, natural disasters or actions by authorities;
• Koitoto's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount of funds in the user's account at the time of the relevant incident.

11Account Termination and Closure

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the koitoto customer support team. Before closure is processed, all pending bonus conditions will be voided and any eligible fund balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

Koitoto reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account without prior notice if a user is suspected or found to have violated any terms in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity or taken any action detrimental to the platform or other users.

12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the established procedures.
